The People Matter Most Process

1. Discover & Discern

The People Matter Most approach begins by deeply understanding what makes each organization unique. Through the People Matter Most Baseline Assessment, Callie uncovers the real dynamics shaping the workplace—not just the surface-level challenges, but the underlying patterns that drive culture and results. The result? A clear picture of where the organization truly is—the essential foundation for meaningful change.

2. Develop & Design

Together with her clients, Callie crafts solutions specifically tailored to each organization's unique context, challenges, and goals. People Matter Most clients don't receive generic templates or trendy frameworks—instead, they get practical strategies that respect organizational culture while advancing the mission. Each recommendation:

  • Aligns with organizational values
  • Considers implementation capacity and resources
  • Builds on existing strengths
  • Addresses root causes, not just symptoms

3. Deliver & Sustain

Implementation is where many consulting engagements fall short. People Matter Most ensures lasting impact through both project implementation support and ongoing partnership:

  • Project Implementation: We execute on special projects and deliver finished, custom-built tools and ready-to-use frameworks that become valuable organizational assets for the client.
  • Ongoing HR Partnership: Clients have Callie as their trusted HR advisor through customized retainer relationships with regular access to executive-level HR expertise.
  • On-Call Advisory Support: A reliable partner for navigating unexpected challenges, strategic decisions, and growth opportunities

This unique blend of project work and ongoing support ensures organizations develop sustainable internal capacity while having access to expert guidance for their people needs.

While she previously lived and worked with organizations in multiple countries, Callie now finds joy in spending time with her husband and three children, reading, staying active, drinking coffee, and cheering for her favorite college football team - Go Bucks!
